Automated strategy parameter optimization for TradingView

TvExtension runs your TradingView strategy through many parameter combinations automatically and tells you the best one it found — right inside your browser.

How to install

  1. Unzip the TvExtension file you received into any folder on your computer.
  2. Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions.
  3. Turn on Developer mode (top-right toggle).
  4. Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.
  5. Open (or refresh) your TradingView chart tab.

How to use

  1. Open a strategy on your TradingView chart, then click the TvExtension icon in your toolbar.
  2. Enter the license key we gave you and verify it.
  3. Choose what to optimize for (e.g. Profit factor) and Maximize / Minimize.
  1. Optionally set a minimum/maximum trade count filter.
  2. Click Start Test, then set your parameter ranges and number of cycles in the dialog that opens on the chart.
  3. When it finishes, the best combination is applied automatically and shown in a summary popup.
